Presenting... Biker Solo.

If this were wordpress, I'd start off with 'Hello, World!', but this isn't, so I'll start off with an introduction, an About Me, if you will.  I am, Biker Solo.  No relation to Hans Solo I have to add.  As my pseudonym suggests, I ride solo.  Not by choice though.  I used to ride with a buddy before, but the man went off and joined the army, literally.  Ass.  So I'm now roaming the barrios by my lonesome though it doesn't bother me.  Even before my buddy went off to play soldier, I've already been riding solo.

I am an accountant by training, although currently I'm on the BPO side of things.  The great thing is that I'm allowed to work from home, so I left Manila and decided to work from home here in Agusan Del Norte.  It's actually a sweet deal.  I get to enjoy a big city salary in a small town setting.  You can call me a big fish in a small pond. Heh.

Every once in a while, I go back to Manila to schmooze my bosses, show clients around our facility there, and of course enjoy really good food.  So don't be surprised when you read that some of my adventures will stray off the beaten path and into the culinary area.  I love to eat, what can I say?

I'm also into photography.  Oftentimes, I carry my big-assed DSLR when I ride so I can capture those awesome sights.  More often than not though, I have to make do with my 5mp cellphone.  That DSLR cam is heavy, man!

I like manga.  Yeah, komiks.  I think they're the bees knees.

Anyway, I created this blog so I can share my solo rides.  I'll be posting my pics (actually my bike's pics, I'm awfully shy) to share the wonderful trails that Agusan has to offer.
